Universal Lens Benches
The OpticStudio line of modular optical instruments combine software and hardware for easy measurement. They come preconfigured or customized to meet a particular need.

OS200B PixelScope System

The OS200B is a classic, rail-based lens test bench with modern image analysis software. The bench is completely modular. Available options allow testing lenses with apertures up to 100 mm and focal lengths as short as 0.5 mm. Tests can be done at infinite or finite conjugates. Both positive and negative lenses, as well as afocal modules, can be tested. While the base model is manual, motorized stages are also available.

OS210B PixelScope System

The OS210B is a compact benchtop system designed for testing lenses at infinity. When used as a benchtop system, it can test lenses with apertures from 0.5 mm up to 50 mm. The system is modular, and it can be relocated to an optical table for testing lenses with apertures up to 100 mm. While the base model is manual, motorized stages are also available.

O300 PixelScope System

The OS300 is a motorized system, designed for testing cell-phone lenses and other small, short focal length lenses. Lenses with focal lengths from 0.5 mm to 50 mm can be tested. Because the OS300 has three motorized axes, pass-fail testing takes only a few seconds. For a more in-depth evaluation, the OS300 can capture through-focus data at dozens of field positions in just one minute.

OS400B PixelScope System

The OS400B is an extremely flexible, modular automated lens bench, suitable for lenses with aperture up to 100 mm. The OS400B can measure basic lenses parameters and make image quality measurements (MTF) at up to 1000 lines per mm. The base model is configured for testing at infinity. Options are available for testing at finite conjugates or for testing afocal instruments.

Modular Instruments
The OpticStudio systems are assembled from a set of parts, many of which are available from us individually.
