Our pre-configured IOL tester is a basic platform designed for researchers testing medical lenses. For aligning the optical axis, the microscope features 3 axes of lienar travel, and two tip stages. Our system also features a lens held in a wet cell, which has 3 lienar degrees of freedom +/- 15 degrees of til/tilt on two axes.

Our night vision testing bench is designed for both civilian and military night-vision equipment manufacturers. For the military market, we offer equipment which allows manufacturers to meet MIL-SPEC requiements, as well as first-article certification and testing. For both markets, our equipment allows manufacturers to verify that incoming products meet specifications, as well as help troubleshoot assembly issues. In the past, we built a custom system to test the PVS7 goggles (pictured).

Our rifle scope system is designed for production alignment and testing of civilian rifle scope systems. Our collimators let us test objectives up to 100 mm and allow +/-10 degrees of field angle. A quick-change clamp provides users with a versatile method for clamping a variety of rifle scopes. For testing the objective, we offer an automated focusing collimator, as well as manual and automatic rotary stages, for different eye field positions. The system also includes an aperture tester, which lets users isolate the optical properties of a particular part of a lens.

Our microscope testing setup is designed for manufacturers who use microscopes in larger products. It is designed to allow manufactuers to quickly and easily qualify incoming microscope lenses for use, saving long troubleshooting times during final machine check-out. It's easy-to-use "1-button" interface lets customers quickly integrate with their recieving department.

Our binocular testing system is designed for binocular manufacturers interested in end-of-line testing for meeting contractual specifications. We test binoculars for lens quality, collimation, co-collimation, and alignment. In addition to both batch and individual testing, we also offer first-article testing and verification services.

Our radius measurement system gives users great flexibility in determining the radius of their lenses. In addition to our standard array of parts, our radius measurement system uses a magnetic tape to measure the radius, allowing for large radii (up to 2 m) and providing very high accuracy (10 micron).
