Measuring Magnification |
When testing a lens at finite
conjugates, the EFL wizard provides a convenient
way to measure magnification.
The actual procedure is the
same as described in the section on measuring
EFL.

Information
specific to measuring magnification
 The
Optical Layout window must be set up for finite
conjugates, as shown below.
When
the Optical Layout is set up for finite conjugates
the EFL wizard will display magnification automatically.
When
the Optical Layout is set up for finite conjugates
it is not possible to use the EFL wizard to measure
focal length. |
